1)Do not act tough or cool

2)Be very calm do not freak out bout getting lost its really not that hard to find your classes just get a map.

3)Do not stalk the juniors/seniors haha i know tht sounds weird but high school is filled with gorgeous older guys that will be hard to take your eyes off of but dont be all googly eyed and most of them have girlfriends too so that will start drama with older mean girls ha.

4)If a senior asks you out he isn't serious and won't take you seriously he will use you for sex and pleasure i no weird sounding but why do you think they call freshman girls fresh-meat?

5)Confidence Confidence Confidence Confidence Confidence Confidence Confidence Confidence Confidence Confidence Confidence Confidence Confidence Confidence Confidence Confidence
Do not be late to class. Do not start rumors. Do your homework. Do study for tests. Join some extracurriculars, it will help you your junior and senior year when you are applying to college. Make some friends, it makes high school easier. Stay organized. Be nice to your teachers, it will benefit you in a couple of years when you need recommendation letters for college. Dont screw with upperclassmen, it'll only cause you grief. Enjoy your time in high school, trust me, time flies by. Dont blow your friends off either because you need to study ALL THE TIME. Do it every once in a while. Hang out with your friends. You'll be glad you did.
lol im going to high school too!!! i always get butterflies in my stomach when its the day i need to go back, just think positive and the night before you go to sleep, repeat this to yourself: tomorrow is a great day, i'll make new friends, i'll be prepared, i'm ready. that should boost your confidence and repeat that to yourself as you walk/drive to school, it works for me, at least relaxes me!!

Hope You Have A Super Wonderful Day Tomorrow! I;m going into high school and im freaking out, but hey im with you sista!! lol

  • Advice and tips please on putting a house on for rent?

Morning Friends, I have a huge victiorian 4 bedroom house to put up for rent.

Is it best to go through an agency because the house is in Essex and I live in Yorkshire.

Any tips/advice greatly appreciated, have a wonderful day. thanks in advance.

Sonita :) XAdvice and tips please on putting a house on for rent?
I am a retired letting agent and letting negotiator in North Essex and I would be pleased to advise you objectively. I have nothing to sell so I won't be advertising! You can call me on 079333 948 66.

(Lizzy above has got it right!)Advice and tips please on putting a house on for rent?
While I am in America, I know exactly what I would do.

    Call a couple of agencies.

Renting on your own is complicated, and the legalities are difficult. It is best to let the pros handle contracts, background checks and advice on what to require of a tenant (like how much renters insurance do they have to carry?).

Also, some agents offer insurance, so that if the tenant ransacks your place, they kick in and cover the damage.
With the distances involved, certainly have an agency look after it - but make sure it is a well respected one , there are many cowboys around. The cost will be about 10% of the rental, but this can be built in. And periodically check the agency you use, to keep them on their toes, and make sure they frequently check the property, and tenants. It is not just a question of sitting back and letting them get on with it, or they will just sit back. A good estate agency is your best bet.

And make sure you see the references from the proposed tenants, obtained by the agency.Keep finger on the pulse etc, and all will be well.
Use a letting agency but check them out first. If you do it yourself go to W H Smiths and get a tenancy agreement.

Always take and check references Bank and Work. /take a Months deposit plus first months rent and don't fall for any sob stories. If they can't afford the money up front they might not be able to pay you anyway. Best of luck.

Im intersted in becoming a football coach any tips or advice in north west?

WHERE TO START, WHAT QUALIFICATIONS ARE AVALIBLE[ETC]Im intersted in becoming a football coach any tips or advice in north west?
contact your local county fa who run courses. the best way would to be ask the county fa phone numbers for local junior leagues. Phone them and ask if they have any teams in your area who need coaches. you need to be connected with a team to complete your badges. Also clubs get funding to put people through coaching courses so that way you can complete levels one and two maybe even level 3 (uefa b) free! A licence usually requires you are connected with a pro or semi pro club and above that you have to be invited.

Level one requires you to turn up really dead easy.

level two requires a full 7 days off work and lots of self study and coaching hours.

If that sounds too much forget level 3 and 4. There are big leaps between each level. Courses start from around 拢200 up to 拢1000 so get yourself with a club and enjoy it!Im intersted in becoming a football coach any tips or advice in north west?
to become a professional coach you will first need to do your FA coaching badges information about these can be found on their website i guess.
    North West...where? Jamaica? China?....?
my sons team are looking for a coach and to be honest i dont think you need any qualifications or anything just to pass a police check and know what you are doing he brought a letter home asking if any parents were intrested if you look on the internet you prob will find some ads their im actually wanting a better club for my son or a coach that knows what hes doing we live in leeds if you know of any
yes, first of all to be a good coach you need at least 4 wheels and 20 seats.

for more professional teams you will need more seats and probably a built in loo.

for Premiership teams you will need to install bar facilities
Depending how far you want to go as a coach.

The lowest level would be a Level 1 FA badge which is very easy to get then there is Level 2 and then Uefa Badges. Also try volunteering the more people you know in coachin the more likely it is you will be oferd a poition.
My husband is a coach for my son's Under 12 team in Scotland. he passed a couple of coaching certificates run by the SFA - maybe there is an equivalent for the English FA. you also need to have a disclosure certificate.

I would like to become a Trucker I know I have to go to Trucking School but are there any tips or advice you .

May Have, I live in Los Angeles, California.I would like to become a Trucker I know I have to go to Trucking School but are there any tips or advice you .
Have you thought this out clearly? You need to make sure you find a good trucking school. What I mean by a good trucking school is that there has to be a lot of instructional time and behind the wheel time, so you can get the full experience. Truckers are on the road for a long period of time.Sometimes you might not even be able to find a place to sleep because rest areas are full and truck stops are full. You cannot pull over on the side of the road and sleep either, or else you will get a ticket. Truckers do get to see the country, but they are away from family for long periods of time. You do get paid pretty decently. To find out more tips, ask a truck driver, who has been driving for a long time. DO NOT go to trucking schools that say you will be trained in one week's time. The longer the schooling the better. But ask a trucker first. I did, and he changed my mind about wanting to become a trucker. Make sure you find a decent program, maybe by going to the library. Good luck, and trucking might be right for you, I'm not trying to change your mind.I would like to become a Trucker I know I have to go to Trucking School but are there any tips or advice you .
Truck driving is a great career, you can earn a lot of money and see the country while driving. There are also good schools out there, as well as some not so good schools. A good idea is to go to a trucking school offered by a large company, such as CR England, Schneider, or Swift Transportation. There are other driving schools, however some of them just want your money and will not give you the proper training and instruction you need. A swift trucking school is a great option for you to get your class A cdl, they will give you all the information you need, and you only have to pay $150 out of pocket. They also offer great paid training, and have great benefits. You can go to http://swift.drivers-central.com/swift-t鈥?/a> about swift trucking jobs and the swift trucking school.

Truck driving is great, you can earn a great living while seeing the country - Its the life for me!

Tips And Advice When Going For Road Test?

Going for my license tomorrow. A little nervous. Just looking for any little helpful tips or advice you might have. Stories of past experiences are always nice too :)

Thank-You!Tips And Advice When Going For Road Test?
Mkay, whatever the cop tells you to do, do it. Don't hesitate when they say to turn. The second they say make a turn, put on your signal. Stop at all stop signs, obey traffic laws, I mean really, it's a breeze. Take the nervousness away, because if they see that you can't handle being behind the wheel believe me, they won't let you behind the wheel. It's just like going for a ride around town, if you ask me. I aced the test and I'm not the perfect driver, I love to go fast, not wear a seat belt, and not signal. (street racing thing goin on) But hey whatever, that's me. Oh, and here's a helpful bit, if you are taking your test in a standard transmission vehicle, please don't kill it, because that will make you fail automatically. Parallel parking is another hard thing about the test, but in all parallel parking is easy, as long as you don't hit the cones, you are good, I backed up, pulled up and backed up again, which isn't ';perfect'; but I'm not a perfect driver hahaha that is all you should need to know to take some stress off, good luck tomorrow bud.

I'm going to study abroad this semester and I would like to know if you have any advice or tips?

How will your Semester at Sea voyage create (or enhance) your personal global perspective? Highlight your discussion by referencing at least one country on your itinerary and by explaining how your time there will further develop your awareness.

What are your academic goals, and how will Semester at Sea help you to you achieve them? Include at least two examples.I'm going to study abroad this semester and I would like to know if you have any advice or tips?
    Hey,

Although I shouldn't be doing your homework for you here's some ideas, lol. Venturing abroad to study allows you as an individual to obtain an international perspective on society. It allows you to view various cultures around the world through cultural relativism (meaning for what they are worth), rather then through an ethnocentric mindset. You're able to witness and understand foreign education and the importance of certain civic issues. Certain cities such as London, the largest in most populated in Europe, is the epitome of a melting pot, with numerous individuals coming from different religions and cultural backgrounds. This immediate surrounding enables you to develop your awareness of these people and so forth.

Hope this helps!I'm going to study abroad this semester and I would like to know if you have any advice or tips?
It looks like you need help writing a paper to be accepted to a semester at sea program, not tips about what to expect. That's ok, but be upfront about it.
