Can somebody advice some good tips or exercise to make my female part as same as it was on first night?

Please advice some good tips and exercise to make female part strong ang as same as it was on first intercourse. Some how I loose the strength of it? Pls advice it is affecting my personla life a lot?Can somebody advice some good tips or exercise to make my female part as same as it was on first night?
You need to do Kegel exercises. Here are some from my postpartum book from the hospital...but like the other person commented it will never go back to before..but this may help some.





Kegel exercises tighten the muscles in that whole area down there. If you have trouble passing urine unexpectedly this will help too.





1 Empty your bladder


2 Pull in your muscles as if you are stopping yourself from urinating.


3. Pull in your muscles as if you are stopping yourself from having a bowel movement.


4 Squeeze and hold all muscles as you count to five. DO NOT hold your breath and DO NOT tighten your buttocks.


5. It may be easiest to do these when you are lying down with you lower legs raised. Practice frequently, everyday (up to 50 times a day) for the rest of your life. No one will know when you are doing Kegel exercises, so you can do them anywhere, anytime, anyplace, for example, while waiting for the bus , standing in line at the grocery store, or while brushing your teeth.

with remarkable restoration.Acceptance is one sure way to improve your personal life.Just think,what about millions of other people of your age and life situation? they couldn't be leading a lesser life?So, accept,imagine and visualize,improvise and find newer ways and use them with faith and optimism.Things WILL improve.We have just ONE life.LIVE it and ENJOY it.
It wont ever be that stong again. Once you stretch the tissue it doesnt go back. Its not going to go back. And it shouldnt affect your personal life.
Kegel exercises.





These are the muscles you use to stop the flow if you need to whilst having a pee.


Practise tropping the flow when you are on the toilet, until you can identify and clench the muscles when not peeing.





Then clench the muscles 20-50 times, 10 times a day. You can do this anywhere, standing at bus stop, at your desk, wherever. (Dont do it in water as you can suck water in).


Within 3 weeks the muscles will have strengthened and you will have become much tighter.

kay so you know how like if you are peeing and you make it stop? like that. you just tighten and relax that muscle.
