I have extremely soft skin as a guy and bleed often from minor scratches. Any related advice or tips guys?

Stuff I notice:


Running hurts the soles of my feet.


Any scratches i get seem to result in bleeding but for others a pink outline on their skin!


Also very sensitive to touch.

If your taking Motrin (Ibuprofen) or any kind of Aspirin or aspirin like products daily or often. These medications can cause you to bleed easy.


If not, get yourself (sunbath) out in the sun for 5-10 minutes every other day, this will toughen up your skin a bit and a little sun is good for your health.
