I'm flying to Turkey tomorrow and I am really really really scared. Any tips or advice please?

It's a four hour flight ish and I think I'm more scared about being in an enclosed space rather than the actual flying and I'm quite chlaustrophobic. Just thinking about it now makes me really nervous and scared! :(

Any advice I would really really appreciate.

Thanks.I'm flying to Turkey tomorrow and I am really really really scared. Any tips or advice please?
I used to be claustrophobic on planes too. When you check in, ask if you can get a seat toward the back of the plane so you have as much space in front of you as possible. That always helped me. The worst seat is the bulkhead seat which has a wall right in front of you.

Listen to soothing music or read a good book that you can delve into. That might help.

Save travels and have a great time in Turkey.I'm flying to Turkey tomorrow and I am really really really scared. Any tips or advice please?
I've just finished laughing about the tea towel ...... seriously, you do realise you stand far more chance of coming to grief being hit by a falling tile off a roof, than flying.

I'm not worried by confined spaces mind you but for that, get some Bachs Rescue Remedy, or even Kalms (non drug, herbal calming meds - available from Tesco) which might help.

Just focus on your holiday ahead, and go with it ...... it's not a long flight and it will be over before it begins. Enjoy!!!
if anyone boarding before you has a tea towel on and is ticking ask for another flight if you have already set off and notice ask for a parachute
