Tips and advice for an aspiring songwriter?

How do I get my songs out there? How could I meet singers and ask them if they want to sing my songs?





Also, I only write lyrics, I don't sing or produce music.

All I can tell you is to basically get out there to different music companies (ex. epic, capital records etc.. ) and send them your work one of them will respond. They all have websites check them out.
