I'm taking my driving test in two weeks at the DMV in Modesto, CA. Can anyone give me some advice or tips?

Only if you've taken the test in California, please. Things like Mistakes I could learn from, what testers seem to be picky on, how to calm the nerves, ect. would be helpful. Thanks!I'm taking my driving test in two weeks at the DMV in Modesto, CA. Can anyone give me some advice or tips?
at everyyyyyyy intersection look both ways even if its like green and ur going straight..

and when your going in streets where there isnt a stop sign but u can go left or right to go into different streets.. when you pass those, look left right then left again also

and look at rear view mirror every 5-10 seconds

thats pretty much what they mark u down for the mostI'm taking my driving test in two weeks at the DMV in Modesto, CA. Can anyone give me some advice or tips?
Before going to the DMV you should make sure the vehicle you will be using is ';street legal';. The items that make your vehicle ';street legal'; are listed on pages 11 %26amp; 12 of the driver handbook. You will not be allow to take your test if the vehicle does not meet these requirements.

In addition to many of the other suggestions remember when changing lanes, always look over your shoulder in the

direction you are turning in addition to checking the mirrors.

Just relax and don't be nervous, and you will do just fine.
just pay attention to the speed limit,

and pretend like the person in the passenger seat is a friend of yours,

not a DMV instructor.

they're going to ask you to pull over to a curb, and if you hit it, you fail automatically. so watch out for that!

and when they have you pull over, they are going to ask you to back up in a straight line, while looking over your right shoulder. so be careful with that too.

also, they may ask you to do things that you aren't allowed to just to throw you off and see if you're paying attention.

so make sure that you know the rules before taking the test.

if they ask you to do something you're not allowed to, simply say, ';that's not legal, sorry.'; if you do what they say to throw you off, you fail automatically.

most of them are like piranhas. so hopefully you'll get someone nice.
Drive a vehicle that you are familiar with. Be confident in knowing what you are doing and don't let them through you off.
Look 12 seconds ahead of you
i missed 11 points for ';unnecessary stopping';.

do not stop at right turns even for a second, it can hold up traffic, so just keep moving

also tilt your head every few seconds so its obvious youre looking in your mirrors.

also at 4 stop sign intersections, don't be nice and let everyone else go, just go when its your turn

i took the test in Roseville, you should know where that is, its about 30m away from you
