Usually when i wake up my both foot are tired. And I just wanted some tips on how to get ready to play sports. Because tomorrow I'm going to play football and basketball. I need exercises to do or drinks to take so i can feel loosen up and not dehydrate fast.Tips And Advice On how to get ready to play sports?
Drink water through out the day
Eat plenty of protein
Eat pastas
Bike rides
Jump roping
Jog
Swim
Warm up-the longer the warm up , the better. 20 minutes is a good warm up.
Stretch-after you warm up
